General Policies:​

• Check in between 3:00 - 9:00 pm- please call if you will arrive after 9:00 pm.

• Check out by 10:00 am.

• Pets are not allowed.

• All rooms and cabins are non-smoking.

• Access to the campus is limited to registered guests of Mt. Liberty Lodging unless approved by office staff.

• Management reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages to the property.

 

Payment Policies:

• A deposit equal to one night and a valid credit card on file are required to reserve a cabin.

• A valid credit card on file is required to reserve a motel room booked through Mt. Liberty Lodging

• Third party motel room reservations require a one-night deposit and a valid credit card on file.

• Payment is due at check-in with cash or credit card.

Cancellation Policies:

• Motel- 7 days notice is no charge. Less than 7 days notice, is a 1 night charge. No show
  and cancellation the day of check in is the full stay amount.

• Cabins- Less than 30 day notice 1 night deposit retained. 72 to 24 hour notice 1 night
  deposit or 50% of entire stay charged, whichever is greater. Less than 24 hour notice
  100% of stay charged.

• For direct bookings made with Mt. Liberty Lodging we will refund the cancellation fee if
  we are able to rebook for the length of the reservation minus a $25 processing fee.

• No refunds for early check outs.
